The Church of Salvation Through Jesus Christ is governed by Elders. The leadership consists of the Church Leader (1st Chairperson), the Pastor (2nd Chairperson, if employed), and a Deputy Chairperson.
They are responsible for spiritual oversight, doctrinal integrity, and the orderly administration of the church, and remain accountable to the General Assembly of Members.

Pastor Nene Schäfer
Founder & Senior Pastor
Pastor Nene Schäfer is the Founder and Senior Pastor of the church. She carries a deep passion for the uncompromised teaching of the Word of God and the spiritual growth of believers. Her calling is centered on raising disciples who live in obedience to Christ and walk in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Pastor Oshiobugie Iyamah
Associate Pastor
Pastor Oshiobugie Iyamah serves as the Associate Pastor, supporting the vision and spiritual direction of the church. He is devoted to teaching Scripture faithfully and strengthening believers through pastoral care and discipleship.
Pastor John Smith
Evangelism & Outreach Minister
Happy Isaiah is committed to spreading the Gospel and reaching souls within the community. With a heart for missions and personal evangelism, he actively engages in outreach initiatives designed to share the love and truth of Jesus Christ.
